Mrs. Sonja Krout
I am the General Education Teacher for our classroom. I am responsible for planning and teaching students the curriculum that follows the Georgia Department of Education's standards for fifth grade. My goal in the classroom is to make sure every student is successful at learning and to encourage every student to strive to be the best student they can be. I equally share my classroom with a Special Education Co-Teacher, Cindy Whitmore. She helps accommodate students that need extra support in the General Education Classroom.
This is our first year working together, but we have known each other for several years and we are great friends. We are so excited about sharing our classroom.

Our common goal - We strive daily to teach our students in such a way that they recognize school as a place where they can view education as a positive experience in their life.
